Cute! I am not a hunter and like watching videos of birds! He seems like he was pretty cool. I’ve heard hunting wild turkeys can be a bitch! LOL They appear to be smarter than one would think! Great shot though! Did you freeze him to use him at Thanksgiving that year?

WOW.. U fkin idiots don’t understand anything about hunting… First of all, hunting keeps population down; which keeps them all from overpopulating and dieing from disease + other stuff. Also it was not suffering; that thing was dead the milisecond that bullet hit. It was flapping around because of its nerves; havnt u ppl ever crushed a spider or saw a chicken with its head cut off? The spider twiches and the chicken runs in circles for a couple minutes.

I’d much rather someone eat a WILD turkey than one that’s been banged up in a Bernard Matthews shithouse all it’s life. These birds will be antibiotic free, GM free, have spent their days in sunlight, eating their natural foods. Those people wo say this is wrong, take a look at some vids of a intensive turkey farm, where your Christmas meal comes from, then see what you determine to be wrong.
